Fuyu Persimmon Purée (yields 1 ½ cups of purée, enough for 6 drinks)
2fuyu persimmonpeeled, deseeded, and cut into wedges

Ice to fill your glass or cocktail shaker
4tablespoonsfuyu persimmon purée
4teaspoonslime juice
6fluid ouncesPOM Wonderful Orange Blossom White Tea
2fluid ouncesPOM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
2fluid ouncessparkling water
Instructions
Fuyu Persimmon Purée
Add the prepared fuyu persimmon wedges and water into a blender. Blend until smooth and set aside.
Drink Mix
Option 1: Fill ¾ of a cocktail shaker with ice. Add persimmon purée, lime juice, and POM Wonderful Orange Blossom White Tea. Cover, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, and strain into a stemmed glass. Top with POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice and sparkling water.
Option 2: Fill a stemless wine glass with pomegranate ice cubes (or regular ice). Add the persimmon purée, lime juice, and POM Wonderful Orange Blossom White Tea. Stir, then top with POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice and sparkling water.
